IM SORRY @>--------
By the way, The Amazing Race Asia Season 3 just ended, and its the Hong Kong guys who is the winners.. I knew it already, since their are the only team that have an Ad with Sony, i've watch this Ad in YouTube 3 weeks before the seasin finale and after watching the clips, i knew that Sam & Vince will be the winner.. hehe
But, i must salute Ida & Tania with their effort to join the race, eventhou they doesnt win it, but atleast they had proven that Malaysian can be as tough as they want to be..hehehe{does it make sense?}.. If they can make the flight to Bangkok in Dubai, they may have the chance to win the race.. But, its not their luck to win... And i think after the race had ended the relationship between Geoff & Tisha will not last..hehe..
Tapi saya harap dorang kahwin la cepat2 supaya dorang dapat anak then anak dia pun boleh jadi macam bapa dia..hahahaha

Thank You !~!
First of all i would like to thank all the people who had view and drop some comment at my post...
Well, i've heard some rumors about me after i had resign from the youth.. Rumors about i cant be admonish by people about what i've done or what people wanted me to do.. Well to get it straight, the admonition given to Me is not about what Miss W had said in her comment.. It more less not the same story that i've experienced. Well, to tell the truth, we've made the deal not to tell or make the thing big tapi in the end the people who make the deal not being honest. " Apa yang kita cakap hari ini, untuk kita-kita saja. Tidak payah untuk kasi besar-besar lagi ini cerita " thats what the leader say, and i take it seriously, but sepa yang tidak jujur di sini??!! I know dorang suda berpakat untuk tidak layan saya lagi, Fine, its ok for me, but tell me its that what a leader or a grown-up person will do.. Its BULLSHIT CHILDISH.. To tell the truth im still confius by Miss W comment telling me about what 8gar had said to her, about " KERJA AMAL " What kerja amal? since when youth had discuss about doing a kerja amal? If saya kena tegur about it, buat apa saya mau merajuk sampai macam begini sekali.. Saya masi bersikap profesional.. Thats we call profesional person who can make a wise decision and make a wise action..
In responses to Add comment, it taken me A WEEK to think the action and think wisely before i made a decision.. After making a big consideration i've made up my mind to back off and give the position to other people.. The first time i wanted to join the group is just because of my passion in singing and serving GOD.. I enjoyed during my time in the group, i've sacrified many things including my study time, my quality time, my money but in the end people still blaming me on the matter that should'nt be a big problem.. Even kalau saya mau nyanyi psalm pun kena complain.. I know saya ni bukan profesional singer tapi cuba kamu bayangkan, kenapa cuma saya sorang saja kena blame tidak bawa choir practice psalm kalau saya mau nyanyi psalm.. Then saya lagi yang kena blame.. The decision that i made, i had already think beyond the positive aspect.. But still, the best way was to back off and let people know how to handle such position and how to make the group the best group ever..
Saya harap, semua orang faham the position that im in rite now.. If u are a grown-up, think wise.. Be more profesional.. Jangan dengar dari sebelah pihak saja, listen to both sides can make ur perspective change about the first thought u have..
My advice to people out there, BE MORE PROFESIONAL, JANGAN CEPAT MENGAMBIL KEPUTUSAN YANG AKHIRNYA AKAN MEMBINASA KAN DIRI ANDA SENDIRI..

For the first time ever!~!~!~!
Last Saturday was my 1st time going to any political convention.. Its my 1st experince going to such event.. For all this time i always believe im not going to be apart of the political field.. But after going to the convention i had the feeling that i'll become one of the politician one day (...Debush!~! Stop dreaming Steve!~!~! ) ~lol
It quite okward for me to attend such event, but looking at the all deligates from the district all over Sabah, i felt that while attending such event the knot of friendship will be widen.hehehe
During the event, i saw all kind of people.. People who loves to ingratiate.. People to took advantage.. and many more.. But, among all i love it when the people sang together with their heart to the party song.. The music arrangement of the song quite chicky.. I love so much.. I remembered the song until now.. I sang it all day..~lol
But, i hope my dream will become a reality in the future so that i can make changes to our country for the sake of our people..

Somebody please tell me whats wrong being good?
Ok, this maybe sound odd for you guys, but im confius rite now. Is being good to people shows that you make other people jealous or irritated with you? This things does happen to me.
I've been appointed with this 1 position in a organization in a community. Everytime when these community organize an event i'll be the one who will be the most busiest person and no body had lend their hand to help me (although there are some hands that help me along the way). Im the one who have to think what to do and what to arrange. For those who are also in the same organization with me does nothing in making the event a success. But, if theres any mistakes on 1 of the event that were organize, i'll be the first person that will be blame on. Doesn't they realise that they does not help me do anything? Why must i be the one who been blame on the mistakes?
I dont blame them, maybe I have done something wrong that make them dislikes me. But, should i carry all the burden that suppose been carry together with he organization? Like what a Malay proverb say " Berat sama di pikul, ringan sama di jinjing " does the proverb can b practic in our real life? what do say you? Give me your opinion.
Well, rite now i have surrender my position to someone who deserve the post and i think this person will do much better work then me. Hope that the person who had been appointed to replace me can do his/her best on doing his duties.
I hope this kind of cases does not happen to anybody else out there 'cause i know how does it feels.

Owh bowling!~!~!
Bowling is a sport in which players attempt to score points by rolling a bowling ball along a flat surface either into objects called pins or to get close to a target ball. There are many forms of bowling, with the earliest dating back to ancient Egypt[1], while other instances where bowling was first seen can be traced to ancient Finland and Yemen[citation needed], and much later in 300 A.D. in Germany.[citation needed] Bowling is also a great recreational sport. Most high schools have teams and the bowling is very competitive. There are also many leagues that you can join.
Indoor variations
Included in the indoor category:
- Ten-pin bowling: In the United States, tenpins is the best known form of bowling, which in both amateur and professional versions, is also played around the world, making it one of the largest participation activities. The balls have two or more drilled holes in which to insert fingers for gripping the ball.
- Candlepin bowling: Played in eastern Canada and in New England, a variation of ten-pin bowling, with "double-ended" pins that are the tallest in any bowling sport.
- Duckpin bowling: Commonly found in the mid-Atlantic and southern New England states and eastern Canada, is another variation of ten-pin bowling involving small, squat pins, sometimes with rubber at their widest points (rubber band duckpin bowling). The official small pin is about 9 3/8 inches (24 cm) high and 4 1/8 inches (10 cm) in diameter at its widest part. It weighs no more than 1 pound 8½ ounces (700g). The standard duckpin ball has no finger holes. The maximum diameter is 5 inches (13 cm). For duckpins and candlepins, the maximum weight of the ball is 4 pounds 12 oz (1.7 kg).
- Five-pin bowling: Played in Canada.
- Nine-pin skittles: Played in Europe.
- Bumper bowling: Ten-pin bowling played with the addition of barriers to the channels, making "gutter balls" nearly impossible, popular with children's parties.
- Power Wheelchair Bowling: Recent advances have made it possible for people who are severely disabled to bowl alongside able bodied players through use of a ramp that attaches to the wheelchair. This sport is approved by the United States Bowling Congress.
... Im so into bowling rite now. I've been playing bowling since the first year im in UiTM which is back in 2005. Why do i played bowling? because i found it interesting, when people trying to knock all the pins in such many ways of throwing.. The 1st time I throw the nowling ball, i found it very difficult. But now, i know the secret how to make a perfect throw.. But, rite now i doesnt own my own shoes or ball, because its so expensive to buy.. But, rite now im into buying either one (shoes or bowling ball) and will be buying the other gear when i have the money..hehehe.. Well, orang belum kerja, what do you expect..hehe.. For those who havent try bowling i suggest you to go to the nearest bowling alley and try it..

How to Be a singer
Becoming a singer is hard work. Knowing how to sing is only part of it. It takes confidence and dedication to pursue singing as a career. You need to follow your heart and not let anyone put you down because you have to believe that you have the voice of a true singer.
Steps
- Learn how to sing. This is the foundation of your career as a singer. While there are some performers making a career out of singing when they don't really sing all that well, it's those people who have their craft as singers and continually improve their form and ability who command the most respect as singers.
- Study singers whom you admire. How do they sing? How did they become professional singers? What kind of crowd do they cater too? What is their signature style? Don't totally copy them though, singers have to be unique!
- Begin taking voice lessons. Having a voice coach can really train your voice and, if you practice, you will notice marked vocal improvement within a few weeks. Voice training is important in strength and overall quality of your voice. You can also damage your voice if you aren't singing properly. Find which note your voice is most comfortable singing at and sing there a lot.
- Become comfortable as a performer. Get over your stage fright (if you have it) and start gaining some practical experience by singing wherever and whenever you get a chance to do so in front of a group of people (karaoke bars, parties, school talent shows, etc.). Connect with your listeners.
- Develop your own style. Experiment with different ways of singing and different types of music and find one that fits your personality and makes the most of your voice at the same time. You want people to be able to recognize your voice when they hear it.
- Get a Singing Job. No matter how well you can sing, you'll never be a successful singer if you don't convince people to pay you to do it. That could mean joining a band, singing at your local cafe, performing on Broadway, or even recording a jingle for a commercial--your goal is to make a living as a singer. Get to it!
Tips
- When picking out karaoke music, know that you need to catch the audience in the first 30 seconds. Don't pick a song that isn't your best in those crucial moments.
- Remember to always Be Yourself -- it'll help to create an honest performance when it's time to show off your voice.
- Find the joy in singing. There's nothing like watching someone in their "element." If you love singing, then it'll show no matter how well you sing.
- Believe and trust in yourself and don't assume that you know it all. It takes time to develop your sound AND your voice. It takes longer to convince people how great you are.
- Always tell yourself you are the greatest. You might hear another singer who can hit a couple of tones above you, or whose voice clings as beautiful as singing birds, but don't let it get to you. Don't get too overconfident either. But, always think, in the back of your head, that you are the greatest.
- Practice your songs at home, in the shower, in your car, anywhere and anytime! You'll never get better if you don't practice. Remember,Practice makes Perfect!
- Relax and just be yourself. If you can't sing and there is absolutely no help for you at all, your audience will let you know in a kind but firm way.
- Ask your family members to help you with their criticism. You need to take it and use it as editing your mistakes.
- Drink water or other healthy drinks all the time. Soda's and coffee can ruin your vocal cords, so don't drink those at least 24 hours before a performance. Water is almost a must right before and after a performance but for best results, drink all the time but push it before and after a show.
- HAVE FUN!!!

Girls!~!~! Read this & tell me is it true?
Women seeking a lifelong mate might do well to choose the guy a notch below them in the looks category. New research reveals couples in which the wife is better looking than her husband are more positive and supportive than other match-ups.
The reason, researchers suspect, is that men place great value on beauty, whereas women are more interested in having a supportive husband.
Researchers admit that looks are subjective, but studies show there are some universal standards, including large eyes, "baby face" features, symmetric faces, so-called average faces, and specific waist-hip ratios in men versus women.
Past research has shown that individuals with comparable stunning looks are attracted to each other and once they hook up they report greater relationship satisfaction. These studies, however, are mainly based on new couples, showing that absolute beauty is important in the earliest stages of couple-hood, said lead researcher James McNulty of the University of Tennessee. But the role of physical attractiveness in well-established partnerships, such as marriage, is somewhat of a mystery.
The new study, published in the February issue of the Journal of Family Psychology, reveals looks continue to matter beyond that initial attraction, though in a different way.
Supportive spouses
McNulty's team assessed 82 couples who had married within the previous six months and had been together for nearly three years prior to tying the knot. Participants were on average in their early to mid-20s.
Researchers videotaped as each spouse discussed with their partner a personal problem for 10 minutes. The tapes were analyzed for whether partners were supportive of spouses' issues, which included goals to eat healthier, to land a new job and to exercise more often.
"A negative husband would've said, 'This is your problem, you deal with it,'" McNulty said, "versus 'Hey, I'm here for you; what do you want me to do?; how can I help you?'"
A group of trained "coders" rated the facial attractiveness of each spouse on a scale from 1 to 10, with the perfect 10 representing the ultimate babe. About a third of the couples had a more attractive wife, a third a more attractive husband and the remaining partners showed matching looks.
Trophy wives
Overall, wives and husbands behaved more positively when the woman was better looking.
The finding "seems very reasonable," said Dan Ariely, a professor of behavioral economics at MIT's Program in Media Arts and Sciences and Sloan School of Management. "Men are very sensitive to women's attractiveness. Women seem to be sensitive to men's height and salary," said Ariely, who was not involved in the recent study.
In couples with more attractive husbands, both partners were less supportive of one another. McNulty suggests wives mirror, in some ways, the level of support they get from husbands.
"The husband who's less physically attractive than his wife is getting something more than maybe he can expect to get," McNulty told LiveScience. "He's getting something better than he's providing at that level. So he's going to work hard to maintain that relationship."
Men who are more attractive than their partners would theoretically have access to partners who are more attractive than their current spouses, McNulty said. The "grass could be greener" mentality could make these men less satisfied and less committed to maintain the marriage.
Physical attractiveness of husbands is not as important to women, the researchers suggest. Rather, wives are looking for supportive husbands, they say.
So it seems the mismatch in looks is actually a perfect match. "Equitable is unlikely to mean the same on every dimension," Ariely said during a telephone interview. "It just means that overall two people make sense together."

Nite that will be remember forever!~!~!
Bankers nite.. WoW!.... I am speechless talking about this night. Like what i ave told you all the other day that
that i'll be performing on thath night. Well, for me the performance were quite good, although there were some pitching problem and forgot some lyric.
During that night, i am so nervous with the Campus director and his 2 vice-director in front of me and also my programme coordinator.
On the stage before i sing, i feel o.k, but once i turn my head towards the VIP my nerves are getting bigger and bigger and my legs are shaking like hell. What an experience for me.
My friend say that i sang very well, but once i forgot the lyric it became dull, but i manage to catch up with it.
Later, i'll upload it to YouTube and let you all watch it and comment on my performance.

Gosh!~!~!
Gosh!~!~! Its been awhile since my last post. This week seems to be the busiest week i ever had. Our course Family day "Bankers Family Day" will be held at Kg. Luanti, Ranau on the 15th and 16th March. So, i had some serious thinking what the programme should be fill with. Im in charge of making the Tentative program and in charge on the Explore-race. Only God knows how stressfull i am thinking about what activities we wanna do there. After a half day of thinking i finally have an ideas of what activities to do. This activities re-call me back to my National Service Trainning on 2005, this activities were done during the MODUL KENEGARAAN & MODUL KEMASYARAKATAN (this modul is the best modul among all). So, hopefuly during our Family Day, the activities that i had plan work as what i wanted it to be.
By the way, can you guys give me some ideas what task is suitable to put into my explore-race? Im doing it like Amazing Race style but a lil. bit twist on it. Do give me some ideas guys..~lolz(all in my mind is eating BUTOD.~hOohohoho)

For the first time!!
Its my first time here. Posting my first shout-out to people ot there. Yuhuuu~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~
I dont have much to say rite now, maybe in a few days i'll have somethig to say. Rite now, i just can think about the performance of my class for our BANKERS NITE this 22nd Feb. 2008 at Beverly Hotel. I know some of you might say, " what? Beverly Hotel?", well, its the cheapest place they found to do such a low cost budget dinner. Last semester, my group(semester 5 BMD1B5) organize it at Putera Ballroom and our theme is 'Dazzles In White' and thats mean the dress code is all white. And God!! The night is so beautifull!!! Im the amcee for that nite. And that is my first time being an amcee after such along time leaving my high school.
O.k, back to the performance. Im in semester 6 rite now, so, during the nite my class will perform and our performance is a Choir!!! Since my semester 2 we started to do choir and it seems to be our class tradition in doing choir and i feel great working my friends. A usuall i'll be the choir leader, i dont know why they always pick me, maybe because the passion that i have for music.~lolz.. thats true!! Im totally into music. So, rite now im working-out with my friend (Farrell-music coordinator) what songs we will sing during the night. Aiyo! So far the progress of searching for the suitable song are going well.
Now, i would like to show you guy's some the picture from our last semester dinner. Hope you all enjoy it.
